app sucks. worked fine at one point, now just closed everytime I try to open it. FIX THE DAMN APP PLEASE, THANKS. 3/22/22 Review update. Cameras don't work at all. Deleted the app, reinstalled, RESET the camera, now after going thru the install process after putting in username and password, hut next after about 10-15 seconds it just says "CONNECTION FAILED". No matter what I do, that's all it says. THIS SUCKS
Cameras work great on pc dvr program, but... when I open the app, the cams show up. When I select a cam in the app, it opens, but if I try to move their position, the screen goes blank, and I have to close and reopen to view. I have been going back and forth with their "support" team for weeks, and it's a giant waste of time!
App consistently loses cameras and I have to re-add.
My camera is not working can you tell me what is the problem please.

Only allows up to 4 cameras. Very disappointed with this app and products. Basically the Company, app and cameras........ SUCK!
My camera was working fine. Now it wont send notifications to my phone anymore. I have to keep rewinding the camera.

keep crashing on android phone 10/18/21 keep losing cameras. I had to add them each time I open the app
